Noreen Ayyaz

Osteopath and Cranial Osteopath
Noreen trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine where she obtained a Masters in Osteopathy. She has a keen interest in Cranial Osteopathy and has completed courses validated by Sutherland Cranial College. Noreen treats babies, children, adults, and pregnant women. Noreen believes in incorporating hands-on osteopathic treatment with nutrition and exercise advice to allow patients to continue their healing process at home.

Tanyel is a registered Osteopath, graduated from the British School of Osteopathy with an honour’s degree. She has worked with varied client groups including elderly, pregnant mothers, sports injury patients etc. Tanyel takes special interest in sporty patients, helping them to cope with strains from their sport and prevent injuries.As a senior osteopath Tanyel takes special interest in the issues women face during and after pregnancy. She has done specialist courses to be better equipped to help the body cope during pregnancy; provide support for back and pelvic pain, breast feeding posture and other pre and post natal conditions that cause pain and discomfort.Tanyel is trained to use acupuncture for pain relief. Sometimes referred to as dry needling. She offers this as part of osteopathic treatment.In the interest of developing her skills further Tanyel has worked as an osteopath in South East Asia and Australia under health volunteer schemes. Abroad she worked with highly trained acupuncturists in rehabilitation clinic of a local hospital. Tammy is also a qualified Pilates teacher and strongly believes in exercise, movement, and strength to aid patient outcomes.Tammy is an experienced structural osteopath with a special interest in pregnancy-related musculoskeletal symptoms. For the past 9 years, she has been helping and treating pregnant patients, as well as conducting pregnancy and post-natal Pilates classes. Tammy is also qualified in musculoskeletal dry needling and utilizes the Deep Oscillation machine when needed as part of her treatment.Tammy is recognized by BUPA and AXA PPP, among other health insurance providers.
